Our Guanciale is produced in-house from Australian Pork and it is produced without any artificial preservatives. We slowly age it for over 30 days, according to the Umbrian methods.

Ideal for cooking a red ragú, to form the base for a Bolognese sauce, or to make for Amatriciana, Carbonara or Gricia.
